Orders are processed within 1-2 days of the order date. We ship using USPS and UPS Ground. Tracking information will be provided for your reference as it becomes available. Actual transit times may vary by carrier and end destination. Typical transit is delivery within 3-5 days.

Please note we cannot modify or add to orders once they have been submitted. Customers will need to create a separate order to add additional items.
Order cancellation requests may not be accepted after processing. We cannot guarantee order cancellations after orders are submitted but will attempt to accommodate requests in the event it occurs.

To initiate a return, damage claim or exchange, please contact us at service@holycitygiftco.com within 7 days of delivery. Submit a photograph and description of the defect or damage to initiate a refund or replacement.
Drinkware and Food products cannot be returned.
